questions

Here you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about our restaurant's culinary offerings, procurement practices, and ingredient processing methods.

Is a reservation required?

Since we only have a few tables available for the restaurant in the dining room, it is recommended to reserve a table.

menu

Our menu changes daily. We recommend that you download it day by day from this home page.

Do you have vegetarian options?

We know how important it is to respond to different dietary habits. Our menu always includes vegetarian options, so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant.

specialties

Basically, we can recommend anything because it is freshly prepared every day, but if you particularly like a charcoal grill steak, dry aged, or freshly caught fish from the oven, please let us know a few days in advance.

What is your philosophy when it comes to procurement?

When it comes to meat, we follow the philosophy “from the top to the tail.” The cattle, sheep and goats come mainly from Pustertal farmers. We buy poultry outside the region from a farm that is characterized by ethical animal husbandry and has been certified as a slow food company. Depending on the season, we buy the vegetables from farmers or wholesalers, preferably from South Tyrolean businesses.
